This website is operated by Inovva Science ("Inovva Science", "we", "us"). By accessing this website or acquiring our products you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Orders are confirmed and processed on business days. Requests received outside business hours are processed on the following business day.

2. Definitions

• "Website" means this Inovva Science website and its subpages.
• "Products" means all reference materials and supplies offered by Inovva Science.
• "Research Use Only (RUO)" means laboratory, analytical or investigational research use, strictly excluding any human or animal consumption or application.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract;
• You are acquiring the products strictly for lawful research purposes;
• You understand and accept the Research Use Only (RUO) restriction.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Research Use Only — strict positioning

All products supplied by Inovva Science are:

• Strictly for laboratory research use only;
• Not for human consumption;
• Not for veterinary or animal use;
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Our products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Instituto de Salud Pública de Chile (ISP) or any other regulatory authority, and are not pharmaceutical, food or cosmetic products. No dosage of any kind is provided or recommended. Any use outside permitted research purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. No advisory relationship

Inovva Science does not provide medical, clinical, veterinary, dosing or usage advice.

No information provided on the website or through any communication (including WhatsApp) constitutes professional, medical, scientific or regulatory advice. The scientific references we link are provided for research context only and do not represent indications for use.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the lawful and safe laboratory use of the products.

Any laboratory tools provided on this website — including the reconstitution calculator — are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory planning and do not constitute a dosing recommendation or any form of usage guidance.

6. Customer representations

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess the appropriate knowledge, training and facilities to handle research materials safely;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Chile, the United States and any destination jurisdiction;
• You will not use the products for any prohibited purpose;
• You will not resell or redistribute the products for human or animal consumption.

7. Assumption of risk

All risks associated with the handling, storage, transport, disposal or use of the products rest solely with the customer.

Inovva Science shall not be liable for any misuse, improper handling, unauthorized application or regulatory breach by the customer or any third party.

8. Prohibited uses

You must not:

• Use the products for human or animal consumption;
• Market or present the products as consumables, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medicines;
• Misrepresent Inovva Science or the nature of the products;
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected.

9. Orders, prices & payment

Purchases are coordinated through WhatsApp. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order.

• Prices are shown in Chilean pesos (CLP) for Chile and in US dollars (USD) for the United States, and may change without prior notice;
• Volume discounts, where offered, are reflected in the final quotation;
• Payment must be received in full before dispatch;
• Orders may be refused or cancelled where misuse or regulatory risk is suspected.

10. Shipping, customs & international compliance

Delivery times are estimates only. We currently ship to customers in Chile and the United States.

The customer, as importer, assumes full responsibility for import and customs compliance in the destination country — including, where applicable, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Servicio Nacional de Aduanas de Chile.

Inovva Science is not liable for customs delays, inspections, seizures, rejections or any regulatory restrictions imposed in the destination country.

11. Product integrity, returns & damage

All products are inspected and sealed prior to dispatch. Once a parcel leaves our facility and is in the possession of a courier, Inovva Science is not responsible for environmental exposure, transit damage or improper storage after delivery.

Any damage claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (local time of the delivery address), together with photographic evidence.

Returns and refunds are subject to the applicable consumer-protection rights in the customer's jurisdiction — in Chile, Law No. 19,496 on Consumer Protection; in the United States, applicable federal and state law.

12. Privacy & data protection

We process the personal data you provide (such as name, contact details and order information) solely to process your order and to communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data.

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable law, including Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life (Chile) — and, once in force, Law No. 21,719 on the Protection of Personal Data — and, where applicable, U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

This website uses only strictly functional local storage (for example, to remember your region and language). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, images and layout — is the property of Inovva Science and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss;
• We shall not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or reputation;
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the applicable law of Chile or the United States, including liability for willful misconduct or fraud and any liability that mandatory consumer-protection law does not permit to be waived.

15. Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or restrict any order where we reasonably suspect misuse, regulatory risk, unlawful intent or a breach of these terms.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the customer's country of purchase — meaning the country of the delivery address (Chile or the United States). For orders delivered in Chile, Chilean law applies. For orders delivered in the United States, the law of the customer's state of delivery, together with applicable U.S. federal law, applies. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to the customer under local law.

17. General provisions

• Severability. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Force majeure. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs action, carrier disruption, natural events, or changes in law or regulation.
• Entire agreement. These terms, together with any order we confirm, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inovva Science regarding the products, and supersede any prior statements, including informal messages exchanged via WhatsApp.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision on a given occasion is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer ours in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the business.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the terms then in force.
